Feeling stuck, behind, or trying to prepare for an upcoming exam?

College and High School Tutoring

I offer one-on-one online tutoring for high school and college students who need clear explanations, a better way to approach the material, and the confidence to work through problems independently. I specialize in helping students who feel like nothing is clicking, even after multiple explanations

What I help with

I regularly work with students in:

  • Calculus (I, II, III)

  • AP Calculus (AB/BC)

  • College Physics (algebra-based and calculus-based)

  • AP Physics

  • Precalculus and trigonometry

  • Other advanced math topics (including linear algebra, differential equations, and statistics)

Most of my students come to me when something isn’t clicking, when they’ve fallen behind, or when an exam is approaching and they need to get back on track quickly.

How I Teach

My goal is not just to help you get through an assignment, but to help you understand the material well enough that you no longer need my help.

I focus on helping students become independent, self-sufficient learners who can reason their way through new problems on their own.

I am known for being very patient and for explaining concepts in multiple ways until they finally make sense. If one approach isn’t working, I will change it until we find one that does.

My Background

In addition to degrees in both physics and math and more than 20 years of tutoring experience, I have taught in classroom settings at both the high school and college levels.

This means I understand not just the material, but how it’s taught, tested, and graded—what instructors emphasize, how exams are designed, and where students tend to struggle most.
